Be the best at job interviews

Do job interviews fill you with dread? Do you worry about getting stuck, being too nervous, not performing at the highest level? Do you have the right skills, experience and qualifications and yet still not manage to land the jobs you want? Do you want to get the dream job without stress and worry? This can be achieved if you change the way you approach job interviews and how you present yourself when being interviewed.

Most people have to go to a job interview at some point in their life. Even if you work for yourself, you may have to meet prospective clients and be interviewed by them.

Speaking in front of a panel and being judged by others may feel uncomfortable and you may feel intimidated or shy or desperate to impress. You may feel anxious, want the interview to be over, you may have sweaty palms, a dry mouth or a headache. All these emotions and physical symptoms will get in the way of your performance and your ability to persuade the interview panel that you are the right person for the job.

A two hour job interviews coaching programme will help you improve your performance at job interviews, give you confidence and improve your chances of landing the job you want. As well as coaching on how to best present yourself, how to handle difficult questions and how to stay calm and collected, you will also receive tips on how to prepare for job interviews, what the panel expect from you and how to make the best impression from the beginning to the end of the interview process. Embrace redundancy

Regardless of circumstances, being made redundant is a life changing event and it brings about a lot of feelings and emotions such as rejection, sense of failure, unfairness, loss, anger, stress, loss of confidence and self-respect. You may feel paralysed, not know what to do next and worry about making the wrong decision about your future.

The “Embracing redundancy” coaching programme will help you deal with your emotions, get clarity of mind to make decisions about your future (this could be looking for another job, pursuing a new career, setting up your own business or giving up work altogether) and help you identify and follow the next steps once you have identified the best way forward.

This coaching programme is tailored to best meet the needs of individual clients. Typically this will involve 6 coaching sessions and additional support via emails and direct contact.
